Goosewood Holiday Park offers a choice of comfortable two and three bedroom holiday homes or spacious two and three bedroom lodges with countryside or woodland views. Every home is fully equipped with every amenity and spotlessly cleaned. The homes are discretely positioned to ensure good views of the park and privacy. Some homes have disabled access.

Three bedroom holiday home. One double, one twin and one with bunk beds. Ideally suited for up to 2 adults and 4 children. Shower with separate toilet. Gas fire and electric panel heaters. Woodland views.

Special Offers

  • Under 5´s - £10 off per booking if there is one or more child up to the age of 5 at the time of travelling, for holidays completed by 21 July or starting after 8 September (excluding peak holiday periods).
  • Over 55´s - £10 off per booking if there is one or more person over 55 at the time of travelling, for holidays completed by 21 July or starting after 8 September (excluding peak holiday periods).
  • Spring&Autumn – 2nd week half price for holidays taken between 22 April & 27 May - 9Sept & 20th Oct.

Goose Wood Holiday Park is in a lovely location to chill out and relax. Close to a lovely village where you can get a lovely meal and York is only 15 minutes away. The park is well maintained and very friendly, the warden even took us to our lodge because it was dark when we arrived. I will be returning again!

Conditions

  • Confirmation A deposit of £50 per week/part week booked, is payable on booking and the balance is due not less than 28 days before you arrive. Written confirmation of your booking will be sent to you along with a statement showing the balance and date due.
  • Provisional Bookings Provisional bookings will be considered lapsed after 7days unless confirmed with relevant deposit/balance.
  • Booking Alteration Once your booking has been confirmed any alteration which must be in writing will incur a £10. administration charge.
  • V.A.T. Prices are in £ Sterling and include V.A.T. @ 17.5% . Any changes in the rate will be adjusted at the time of your holiday.
  • Occupancy Level No unit is to exceed the permitted occupancy level.
  • Party Bookings We regret that we cannot take bookings from Teenage parties, all Male or all Female parties under the age of 25.
  • Availability Your accommodation will be available from 4pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
  • Liability Guests are fully responsible for the Holiday Home. All reservations are accepted on the condition that the accommodation is left clean and tidy and that any breakage`s/damage`s for which you are responsible are reported to reception prior to your departure.
  • Personal Belongings Management cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings lost/damaged during the duration of the holiday.
  • Electricity/Gas Electricity and gas including normal heating are included in the rental of all accommodation.
  • Linen Pillowcases, sheets and duvet covers are provided. Hand and bath towels may be hired if requested in advance.
  • Cots & High Chairs Cots/cot sides and high chairs are available for hire at a charge of £20. per week or part of if requested in advance.
  • Dogs/Pets If you intend to bring a pet this must advised in advance when booking. Dogs are not allowed on seating or bedding and are to be kept on a lead at all times when on the Park. There is a dog walk for exercise and toilet purposes though we request that all deposits are to be cleaned up, please think of our other guests. There is a charge of £20 per week per dog with a maximum of two dogs per booking.
  • General Conditions The Company and its employees accept no liability for any accident injury loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the Park however caused. Any person in breach of the booking terms conditions or Park Rules including causing an offence or nuisance to any other guest of the Park may at the discretion of the management be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given.

General Park Rules

  • Drive slowly (5mph max.) for the safety of children and wildlife.
  • Commercial vehicles only allowed on the park at the discretion of the management.
  • Caravans must be fully insured by the caravan owner, Goosewood Holiday Park and its management accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to the caravn and/or its contents and are left at the caravan owners own risk.
  • Goosewood Holday Park and its management will not be held responsible in any way, either directly or indirectly for the possessions of customers and guests visiting/staying on the Park.
  • Goosewood Holiday Park Management reserve the right to:
    • Refuse admission to the Park, whether or not a pitch has been booked prior to arrival.
    • Remove any person (or property) which in its opinion is not suitable to use the management to be detrimental to the interests of other guests.
    • Refuse the rental of a touring/seasonal/storage pitch at any time.
    • Change or amend the Rules at any time.
  • Payment of fees constitutes acceptance of the Goosewood Holiday Park Rules.
